- hands on and learn how to make and bake traditonal premium nutties mooncakes, with walnuts, almond, sesame, Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds.
- hands on and learn how to make and. bake the chewy and modern 3Q mooncake pastry with chiccken floss and mochi + sesame.
