These Portuguese Egg Tarts recipe is not too sweet. The filling is just nice and  light. The pastry is crispy that one is never enough for you. Let's learn to make these tarts with sourdough puff pastry from scratch.

2. Shaping egg tart shells(hands-on)
3. Egg custard filling (Not too sweet version)
4. Demo of Palmier making
5. How to feed your starter

1. Freshly baked Portuguese Egg Tarts
2. Pastry Dough 
3. Starter
 
What to bring: 
1. Empty, clean kaya size jar (starter)
2. Cooler bag (pastry dough)

*Full payment is required upon confirmation, no refund, no carry forward, but transferable to 3rd party only for same day event
*Minimum 2 pax to kick off the workshop . Otherwise; studio reserved the right to postpone or refund.
