Steamed bun recipe will be given in the class.
All materials£¬ ingredients and box will be provided.
Student will learn:
- preparation of steamed bun dough from scratch.
-knowing the ingredients used.
- Tips & technique of dough kneading to achieve smooth, soft and fluffy bun without adding any actitive or softener
- Colour mixing technique
- Tips & tricks of proofing and steaming bun perfectly.
* Learning 6 tsum tsum characters ,
and bring home 3 tsum tsum sausage steamed buns.
* Using all natural food powder.
