Steamed bun recipe will be given in the class.
All materials and ingredients will be provided.
A box to bring home steamed bun is provided.
Student will learn:
- preparation of steamed bun dough from scratch.
-knowing the ingredients used.
- Tips & technique of dough kneading to achieve smooth, soft and fluffy bun without adding any actitive or softener
- Colour mixing technique
- Tips & technique of making cartoon collage with dough and assemble.
-Tips & tricks of wrapping a small bun inside the loaf.
- Tips & tricks of proofing and steaming bun perfectly.
