You will learn:
* How to handle gumpaste/fondant
* Sculpting and modelling to make a 3 types of safari animals (elephant, lion and monkey) without mold;
* colour mixing in sugar paste;
* How to make edible glue;
* How to use modelling tools;
* Making a secured and firm structure;
* Dusting technique
