Details:

Fully Hands-on Class with proper guidance
All piping tools will be provided during wotkshop.
Signature delicious buttercream demo that could withstand hot weather, informative tips on how to store & transport cupcakes bouquet.
Flowers to pipe for cupcakes bouquet are lilac roses & buds, ranunculus & buds, scarbiosa & oriental peony.
Learn different types of flowers to pipe especially for cupcakes bouquet
Advance lesson on colour mixing techniques
*Students are allowed to choose their preferred colour palettes.
Learn how to wrap a bouquet for cupcakes which are edible!!!

*NO experience needed to join the class. All cupcakes are pre baked because more time are needed to focus on piping. However we will go through the recipes with students during the class.

Classes will be conducted in Chinese Or English
